Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

1 pkg. Spice, Carrot, or White Cake Mix

1 egg

1 (15 ounce) can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix, solid 100% pumpkin)

1 – 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips (depending on how much chocolate you like)

 

1 can of cream cheese frosting (optional)

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cake mix, egg, pumpkin and chocolate chips until dry mix is thoroughly moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto sprayed or parchment covered cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.

Allow cookies to cool and then remove from pans.

Frost as desired or leave as is.

Makes approx. 5 dozen cookies.
